perfect location. 3 minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff (particularly the Spanish lady on reception).

Don’t knock it - Great hotel!
I stayed here for 4 nights and was very surprised at how nice, clean and quiet the hotel was. Yes the rooms are small and yes the hotel is looking a bit old but these really are very minor complaints. I found the staff very helpful, my single room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was softer than i prefer, but I slept like a log and the room was extremely quiet. I was worried about the negative reports I had read about the hotel but on arrival these fears were all laid to rest. Excellent stay at an excellent price!

OK-ish if you find a decent price advertised
Hotel is in need of some TLC, at least our room was. I would assume the prices they ask should be enough to invest something back in the quality of accommodation (especially bathrooms). Cleanliness not great, found different unpleasant stuff under the bed and desk plus cob webs on the ceiling. Overall ok, but the fact it is situated in a posh area doesn't mean by itself the owner company can ask eye watering prices without offering a fair exchange in the quality offered to guests.
