One word to describe this place: Trap.
To start you get out of the subway station and you don't feel safe, just a feeling. When you get to this place you walk downstairs into a hall, at the beginning there's a door to your left, that's the "baggage storage" room, there's no control on that room, they give you the key, somebody can leave one piece of luggage there and take 10 if they want. A little bit farther on the left there's the check in front desk and on your right a tv room, I got there early around noon and luckily couldn't check in. There were 3 or 4 guys sitting on the tv room staring at me, obviously they are not tourists (who goes to visit London and sits to watch tv at noon?), this guys look they will steal a bar of soap if they have a chance. They don't have an assigned locker to each bed, they have some lockers on the "tv room", I saw them and they look you can fit about 3 or 4 laptops (without the case) on top of each other, that big. And that's the farthest I went, didn't stay there, spent the rest of the evening looking for a place to stay, so I can't tell you anything about the rooms or the showers, maybe the beds are super great, the showers super clean with good water pressure. I don't care, they can keep my money. You can call me prejudiced it's alright, if you don't believe my comment go there and find out by yourself.
