Hotel lacked cleanliness as my hotel walls had fingerprints and dirt marks. Carpet was extremely worn. No face towels during my stay. Hotel door knob broke simply from opening the door so I had to wait a couple of hours for it to get fixed before I could go out and explore London. Reception that checked me in was exceptional and the manager that checked me out was great as well.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a concert we were going to at Wembley. Just a short Uber ride to the stadium. Hotel also has a bus stop right in front of the main door and an underground train station right next door, so lots of options. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning and room fans did not work. We were out of the room for most of the two days so I didnā€™t get a chance to ask the staff about this or it may have been rectified.
