Pretty dirty and smelly. The service was good but the room was not clean, lots of stains, hair in the bathroom, and smell in the room. The toilet had a hard time flushing as well and the shower wasn’t great.

Fantastic sized rooms, lovely food and great price. Couldn't fault inside the hotel. The outside isn't the cleanest but I'm not sure if that's part of the property. Would recommend

The staff were friendly and available, the food in the restaurant was more than sufficient for an easy meal. The breakfast was more than sufficient. The room was quiet and comfortable, although, the bathroom is slightly dated. I missed clear information about which bus to take from the airport, for example, which bus stop to get off at and where to catch the bus from when I was at the airport. Overall, I think the property and the stay matched the price for the stay.

We entered our room to be greeted with very stained carpet and a bad musty smell. The water temperature constantly vacillated between warm and tepid, while I showered. Overall, there was just the sense that everything was well worn and past its prime. Management really needs to reinvest in the property. Stay was tolerabe for an overnight place to crash before our flight, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend

Stayed here for 1 night for a morning flight from Heathrow. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was what o expected. Clean, spacious, amenties, great shower and a comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again if i have an early flight. You can also pay for a lift to the airport using a qr code in the lobby.
