Easy check-in, Georgina was fab , breakfast was spot on. Room was a good size , we have had standard and premium. Gym was good. Quiet and bed very comfortable. A few things like remote didn't work. Window handle broke. Maintenance came straight away to fix

The rooms are a bit dated and on the small side, we had a kingsize premium too. Location was great, 3 minute walk to the tube station, and half hour walk to Stamford Bridge, perfect. Breakfast was very good and the staff were brilliant.

Had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn London Kensington. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff were all helpful. Only thing would be to have an earlier check in time of 2 PM instead of 3 PM.

This an old building with almost 800 hotel rooms. Some are great, others dingy and tiny. We stayed in two rooms that both had a musty smell coming from the bathroom. Beds and bedlinen were top class. Breakfast ok for 21 pounds. Front desk service was very good. The Starbucks in the lobby was great.

Lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. Although the room was snug (understandable for London), it was perfect for our sister trip and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect as the the trains, shops, and restaurants were within a 5-10min walk. Overall it was a great stay.
