The main issue is the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom . It feels like the sheets was mot change it smells. Customer service is terrible

The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London.

Nice hotel
Lovely hotel and really near the local underground station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. About 20 mins to get in to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel , comfortable beds . Polite helpful staff. Location a bit awkward. Tube station a bit of a walk and it took a while to get a cab to collect us . We were surprised that no drinking water was provided in the room , there was a kettle though.
