Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed with our daughter for three nights and the room was a great size for us all. Plenty of space to store luggage, get dressed and sit down to relax at the end of a busy day. Bathroom was great with a powerful rain shower. A large fan was provided which was useful in the hot weather. Tea and coffee facilities provided and refreshed daily. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, we had a lovely welcome. The reception was manned 24 hours which was very handy. No hair dryer was in the room, but I got one easily from the front desk. The hotel is easily accessible from St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations with easy tube links to explore the city. Lots of cafes close by for breakfast. Despite its location it was very quiet at night, we slept with the windows open due to the warm weather and I was worried it may be noisy but was very pleased it wasn’t. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Excellent location, less then 3 minutes walk from st.pancras station. Very clean room, though the bathroom was a wet room which I didn't expect. Very warm in summer but air tower provided to help. Could also hear the tube, but that stopped before it got too late. Overall a positive experience.

Absolutely the nicest room and hotel I've ever stayed in. I opted for the castle view room and loved looking out from several vantage points and the bath tub! The decor was so fun and unique. I loved the pairing of old and new. Staff were lovely and the complimentary drinks and breakfast made the stay about the experience and stress free.

They let me store my luggage since I came early. Had a basement room and it was right outside a courtyard where there was some loud banging and talking in the evening. But did not hear it overnight.

Property was situated well - near Kings Cross station. Property was quiet despite being in a busy area with construction going on across the street. I did not like the motion-activated bathroom ventilation fan - excessive, noisy at night and I think unnecessary since there is a big window next to it to air out the room.

Great location!
Room was decent size and the wet room/bathroom had a fantastic shower. Only word of warning is the stairs are steep so either pack light or be ready for a workout getting the case up the stairs! It wouldn’t put me off staying here again as the location was fantastic and was so so central especially being right beside Kings Cross and the Underground

We were there for 8 days and our bedding did not get changed. The bathroom fan did not stay on. There was only one hook for two towels in the bathroom when the room was a three occupancy room.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. A few minutes walk to King’s Cross with great tube links to all major locations. Our room was small, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The other reviews say it all. Tiny rooms but newly refurbished bathrooms. The stairs are an issue for anyone with mobility issues or a large amount of luggage. Very convenient to food outlets and King’s Cross station. Take the Euston road exit at the station. Quiet considering you are in the midst of it all.

Great value for money and very good location for my needs. Property well presented, clean and great facilities. WiFi spot on. Shower was very good with good pressure and temperature. No breakfast at this property, which I was aware of, as it suited my requirements. Plenty of eateries on the door step anyway! Staff were very helpful and efficient.
