Hotel old and tired . Depressing decor , room smelled awful. One lift to service the whole hotel Bus service takes close to 20 mins from Heathrow Taxi wanted £25 to go 2.5 miles to car hire depot

The staff were helpful and polite, had a wide choice of breakfast buffet, the hotel was generally clean and we felt at home. Easy access to the public transport and found it exciting to see planes flying low overhead.

Just Ok for a cheap overnight before a flight
Basic. Cold water kept cutting out meaning the shower and taps were SCOLDING. Not the cleanest but not terrible. No safe or fridge, have to pay for breakfast which was very basic and not worth it. Couldn’t even get a coffee in the morning without getting breakfast package. 2 very small lifts and one of them was broken, so took an age waiting to get to our room with luggage.

The check-in receptionist was very nice. I had a nice stay for the overnight i was there. Close to the airport. The shuttle took a little long. Do yourself a favor...use Uber. Taxis are very expense even though a short ride to the airport.
