Stayed one night for Heathrow airport the next day, adequate facilities in the room and near the bus stop for the London bus going into the terminals. Was not offered transport at reception but worked it out myself anyway on maps how to get to airport. Bar and meals are available plus a buffet breakfast.

Day before flight
We stayed here the day before a flight. We arrived about an hour before check in as the traffic was good that day. The hotel allowed us to check in early (no extra charges) which I thought was very good. Hotel had a bus stop just outside of it which was convenient to reach the tube station. Very convenient for Heathrow airport. I would recommend this hotel.

They don't tell you that you have to pay to park to check in. After receiving a 60 Pound fine for parking at the Hotel for 30 minutes to check in, they let us know that after 10 minutes, you need to pay to park there to check in. Check in is upstairs and not quick. There is no way that we could have been checked in in 10 minutes even had we known. NO ONE told us that we would have to pay to park at the checkin area. We will certainly not use this hotel chain again!
