This is usually our go-to hotel when leaving from Heathrow. It’s convenient to a pub, has proximity to wonderful Indian take away food around the corner and is walkable to many other hotels and restaurants. This time was sadly disappointing. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t functioning and multiple emails for help were not answered until apologies in the morning when the emails were read. Really hope this will improve.

Everything was fine for our overnight stay, until we turned off the lights and tried to sleep. Of course being at Heathrow we didn’t expect it to be the quietest stay ever, but the vents in the room were louder than the planes taking off. And the flashing fire alarm light directly over the bed. I don’t think we got more than an hours sleep between us with a pillow over each of our heads. Won’t stay here again.

Did not like that i was being ask to leave . When i arrived late at 12 am due to my flight delayed . I sopke to front desk and ask to leave at 2pm . But staff kept coming and ask me when am i leaving i keep saying 2pm . Then i could not get into the room the key card would not work had to go down to reception . To ask why . And still had to explain that i have a 2pm time. Lack of comunication . Just made me uncomeftable . Will not staying there never again . All so the parking fee was another problem 15 .oo to pay from 12 am to 2pm . I could have been told this but was not . horrible feeling .

Great for 1 Night
It was very good for 1 night stay; had early flight out of LHR. Front desk was exceptionally friendly during check in and assisted us during check out to get a ride to LHR. They were very helpful. Breakfast was included but we were out the door before we could partake. Room was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. Ibis Styles LHR is a good, affordable option when needing lodging close to the airport.
