Good for an overnight stay. The cost of getting to the airport (even Terminal 3) needs to be factored in to the price of this hotel i.e. add at least £20 to the cost of your stay here for the trip/tax (unless you get the <£2 bus from across the road). Otherwise, the room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable with good public transport on the doorstep.

The room was not clean, and the worst is that no WiFi on the floor they put us in. I badly needed internet to follow up on urgent matters and make some reservations for my next flight, called the helps desk three times and they kept saying it will be fixed, left the hotel and WiFi was still not working

I requested 3 separate beds and I got a queen and sofa bed. The beds also were uncomfortable. No phone in the room because the line was not working and they never repaired it. I had no access to a phone. Dirty rugs. I was not vacuumed well inside the bedroom.

Great staff in the restaurant. Relaxed feel. Food was really good and not expensive. Good beer £4.50 for a pint of local IPA which is cheaper than my local in Somerset. Clean room and quiet. A little bit small in the bathroom but we managed. Would definitely recommend.

Very bad service
I stayed two nights there , first night the air conditioner want working and bathroom was blocked hence I went to reception to ask to do something about it but I’ve been told because it’s past 7:00 pm there is no maintenance team to sort out the issues so I asked them to change my room but lady at reception said they are fully booked and can’t promise she is able to do that . I was up and down more than 10 times and finally they have offered me another room at 1:00am . It was so stressful stay
