Hotel is very close to London Bridge train station, just few min walking distance to best tourist attractions. Hotel itself very clean, nice, staff is friendly. Room was big and spacious, clean. Has all amenities you need. SPA is great. Loved it. All clean, no smell, not overcrowded. Breakfast is great, various food. Will stay here again for sure

We stayed for a week expecting a 4 star experience. This hotel did not deliver. The advertised spacious executive suite was not spacious. It was small and tight. The bathtub was narrow, the shower felt claustrophobic. The housekeeping was subpar - shower gel was not checked for fullness requiring me to call front desk in the evening upon return to room for service. Used espresso cups not replaced with clean ones. All they did was replace towels and tuck in duvet. Breakfast buffet was a good selection but not worth 40GBP (essentially $80 Canadian per person) - there’s only so much a person can eat. Met locals from the neighborhood who come to sit in the lobby, drink beer, and use the water/thermal facilities in the building - it felt like they used the hotel to pickup, which was off putting. Room key stopped working on 4 separate days requiring us to go the front desk for reboot. I’ll be staying elsewhere on the next visit.

Kiril, reception desk shift leader, was gracious and professional. He was thorough in the explanation of the amenities of the hotel. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and in the hotel. The executive king room is spacious with several outlets, including one US outlet, and USB ports. Remember to bring an adapter and/or converter if you want to bring your curling/straightening iron. There are 2 hair dryers available. An executive king room includes one still and one sparkling water per day. The bathroom is small but has enough counter and shelf space for all your supplies. We'd like to thank Kiril, Leia (housekeeper), staff members in the dining room, and Andreia (front desk trainee) for your hospitality!

We only stayed one night, but all the staff was really helpful and kind. Our shower doors did not seal properly at the base, it is a design issue. This caused our bathroom floor to flood as we didn’t notice what was happening right away. We called the front office, and they offered to change us to another room because it was late and there was no one to help us. I wasn’t too keen on doing that as we were tired from traveling. They sent a bunch of towels and the man who brought them helped us and solved the problem, it wasn’t his job to do it, yet he was truly helpful and with a smile on his face. When our driver arrived, way earlier, the person at the front desk came to the restaurant to let us know he was there. Little details, gestures, that make exhausting travelers still enjoy the trip even at the end. We will for sure recommend this place. Thank you!

The hubs and I stayed for a week, and overall our exerience was okay. The staff makes the place, as we felt the room was average for an above average price. The online booking of spa treatments was clunky and the elevators very slow. We ended up taking the stairs most days. The hot tub was more a warm tub and only some of the jets were working. Sauna was great. The rambunctious child with no supervision was not. The resturant is spendy but tasty and literally right across the street is a weatherbys, a more affordable option and sometimes blander fare.

Spacious- but not clean
Room incredibly spacious for central London and quite modern with coffee, water, and other snacks available. Bed was very comfortable and was a true king. Tiny shower though, could hardly move without water Splashing on to the bathroom floor. The biggest issue however was cleanliness. Room was not cleaned at all, all was done were the beds and bathroom. Counter tops not cleaned, nightstands were very dusty and no vacuuming. For the price paid, this should’ve been a must
