The room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke , the mattress on this bed is worn out bumpy uneven old . There is no top sheet, only a comforter in the bed what is unsanitary and unhealthy. Very disappointing

Our room was clean and tidy and we got a great deal with Expedia. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water for the three of us. I liked that there was a little fridge in the room and the bottle of water on arrival was a nice touch. Reception were helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant but had to wait 45 minutes for our food which was disappointing and if you're travelling around Christmas time check before you commit as there may be parties going on. There was a party going on whilst we were there and the guests were drunk and noisy which wasn't much fun for our little family of weary travelers. We had a rental car so you can drop it off at Holiday Inn (Budget and Avis) and the Marriot is about a 20 minute easy walk. Its a great location for Heathrow terminal 5 although there is no shuttle bus provided by the hotel so you pay 7 gbp for each person. The third party shuttle service was on time and the driver friendly and helpful with our luggage.

Booked a family room for four. Only 1 water bottle, 2 coffees and two teas left In room, so slippers and one bath robe. But there were two beds. Very nice lobby and restaurant and breakfast very good. The waiting staff were phenomenal.
