The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was efficient. We got there around 11am and our room wasn’t ready. However we were offered an upgrade and immediately checked in to our room. Our luggage was delivered within minutes. Customer service was A . The location was in central London and in the middle of everything. There were plenty of restaurants especially near Covent Gardens. It was easy to get around using the underground. I highly recommend.

I have never before thought about not writing a review of a hotel. The reason is very selfish. This hotel is so very good and we always want to find availability when we want to visit London again. It is just amazing. The location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Covent Gardens. There are so many transport options from the hotel. There are so many places to choose to eat. The rooms are so big for London standards. It has giant king size bed . It has modern plumbing. The best part of the bathroom is that the toilet is separate. The rooms are also very modern. There is also a turn down service in the evenings. We just love this little extra spoil. There is a kettle, nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room.
