The property is in a very convenient location a block from the London Underground (Tower Hill). The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with fresh bakery products regularly replenished. The front desk personnel were always courteous and there to assist. The room was very nice and well maintained throughout our stay. We would absolutely return.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location
Excellent hotel which in a fantastic location. A few minutes away from nearest tube and only 5 minutes from the Tower of London and the River Thames. The hotel was clean, modern and comfotable. Credit also to the reception staff who were friendly, welcoming and attentive. We will be staying again.

The hotel was easy to get to by train, and easy to navigate from during our stay. The location is excellent. The room was nice and clean, our bed was comfortable and the kids (6 &13) seemed comfortable on the sofa bed. Three minor things: The shower had frosted glass so the whole family could see the outline of whoever was in the shower. The water cooler on our floor wasn’t working so we had to fill our water bottle on a different floor than we were staying. And the view was of a messy rooftop. Not dealbreakers for us as everything else was lovely, including staff at the front desk.

I recently stayed at your hotel during my 11-day trip to the UK, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by an issue at check-in. Due to the enforcement of certain policies, I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional 1,155 GBP for an extra room for four days to accommodate my 5-year-old daughter. While I did pay this amount, it was done reluctantly. I believe that Novotel, a brand I consistently choose for my travels regardless of the country, could implement more family-friendly policies that accommodate young children without imposing such significant additional costs. This experience has left a negative impression on what was meant to be a memorable family vacation.

Great location
Room good and very clean, Shower great. Room temperature just right. Breakfast choice good but hot food only Luke warm, coffee machine makes a good coffee. Reception excellent. Complaint made about bar staff which was resolved by reception. Expensive for 1 night but like most London hotels you have to accept it.

Perfect hotel for our 2 night stay in London due to our flight being canceled. Some sites are walkable and others a short tube ( subway ) ride away. Nice room and attentive staff. Tube is very cheap and easy to use even from Heathrow to the hotel. No need to purchase a card just use a separate credit card for each passenger to scan through the gate. Very low maximum daily rate which is automatically calculated on each card. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is close to the underground station. The rooms are clean, spacious with excellent shower/bathroom facility. The breakfast was excellent as was lunch and dinner menu.
