Metro- type hotel, with old type furniture in reception areas, modern rooms in old buildings. Lift, accessible if required, smallish room and bathroom but functional. LED lighting and good climate control. Hot shower, small step, good lighting in bathroom. An exhaust fan would be good, but may not be possible. Large open space at foot of bed/s which could be great for luggage if a bench shelf went from side to side. Could double as seating too. Otherwise it's luggage on the floor which is a pain. Can't comment on breakfast. Very little hot water in the basin taps. This has been reported. It is on a busy road but we didn't hear much traffic at night, and did not hear neighboring rooms either. No fridge or tea making in rooms which for us was a nuisance, however hot water is available via staff and is free. Be sure to ask for x2 cups each cos the water is scalding hot. I feel it is far less safe walking back to rooms with a hot cup of water than a small electric jug in rooms. But space is limited. There are little cubby holes to put things in your room, and some hanging spaces on walls. Plenty of power points which was great.

Other than the bedrooms and bathrooms being very small and cramped we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was great, hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was good.

The manager was very rude and behaved like a racist to me. I was scheduled to check out at 11am on today, Tuesday , 17th September but there’s a late check out option at 2pm at the hotel. I arrived back at the hotel at 2:20pm due to a delayed train trip to find that my personal belongings had been removed from my room. I even offered to pay for the extra hours but then the manager turned it down and behaved very awkwardly to me as if we had issues before now. I can never use this hotel again . It’s a shame !!!!

The staff were so so friendly and made this stay amazing! The rooms are perfect for a short stay and there is great breakfast options. The communal room is cozy. The location is ideal ! Overall the stay was amazing!

The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the lounge area was very calm and relaxing. The room we had was quite small but clean and comfy. 3 small negatives, only 1 double electric socket on one side of a bed another above it in a little cabinet so we had to buy an extension lead so the other person could charge their phone on their side, no kettle in the room which meant you needed to go down to ground floor to get hot water and lastly no iron in the room, you did however have an ironing room in the basemen but the iron was not great so would recommend taking a hand steamer if you need clothes for a meeting. I maybe missed reading about those things so could be my error.

I've stayed at this Point A location at least a dozen times, and it never disappoints. Perfect size for a solo traveler, quiet at night, less than 10 minutes walk to Earls Court tube station in one direction, and 10 minutes in the other is Kensington High Street. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful – zero complaints.

We had an amazing experience, staff was lovely and very helpful with directions, suggestions, even providing ideas for places to go and visit since day 1! Very convenient location from the airport to the hotel and lot of restaurants around, stores and pharmacies.
