The staff was very helpful in letting us check in early after a red eye flight. It was also very convenient in the Theater district with restaurants and entertainment all around. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrible. Simply shocking. I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and had a great 5-star experience. I decided to book again. I didn't realize the management had changed in the meantime. The place is terrible. They gave us a small, dirty and old room, asking us to sleep two people in what is a single bed. They offered an alternative that was in the basement! I don't want to say anymore. I am not a fussy traveller but the place is beyond shocking. This is a 2-star quality hotel under the new management. Do not stay here. Cancel your booking if you have booked.
