We booked at the Radisson for our week-long trip to London just a few minutes before we needed to check-in. We were so relieved and pleased with our stay. The staff is amazing and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and spotless, and we felt lucky that we had picked such a wonderful place. The location is absolutely perfect, walkable, and very close to the tube. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We requested a king bed and 2 twin beds but the first night was in a room which was not what we requested. Next morning moved to a requested room. The sink was very slow in the bathroom and shower in a bathtub but the water screen was not big enough.

Terrific service from the staff. We had an issue with our first room but they moved us immediately, very helpful. Had a family room and this was surprisingly big for central london. Great location. I liked the restaurant in the hotel too.

No hot water so cold shower in the morning. Dirty underwear left in the bathroom from the previous guest. This one is a personal preference but the pillows are so soft that I couldn’t get comfortable

Great property in a great location. Room was large by Europe standards and well appointed. Location allowed easy walking access to several neighborhoods with restaurants and pubs, and also very close to underground tube station. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Another super stay. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location for shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay. Thanks for the great service and helping to make my visit a wonderful one!

The fire alarm went off twice at 4 am in the morning and the staff did not alert anyone. People were coming out of their rooms in panic and me with my 3 children. I could not sleep the rest of the night was a reck that day. After I called worried they told us a quest was smoking. Very dangerous not to alert the hotel guests.

I wanted to stay by the V&A and this is about 2 blocks away. Pros: Staff were great and hotel room was *very* clean. Bed comfortable by US standards. Cons: This is an old building so elevator is inconvenient, tiny, and slow. No desk in Superior/twin rooms, which i think is a Radisson thing. Also, some idiot guest broke a part of the fire alarm system and set the alarm off around 130am, which was really annoying. Overall though, good hotel in a convenient location.
