Wow! What a great airport hotel! It was like a palace! The rooms were comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the air con as it was a very hot day. The staff were lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. One thing to note is that our SatNav took us to the front of the hotel but the Carpark entrance is at the back.

Have stayed here twice, both on trips to Scotland that connected in London. This hotel is convenient and clean, the rooms are nice and the staff is pleasant and helpful. If you need a hotel close to Heathrow, I would suggest this one!

The entire concierge were extremely unhelpfull and rude the entire stay. Staff were clearly prioritising coach parties and ignoring all other guests The only stairwell in the building is mouldy and the lifts are slow and constantly break Stay elsewhere you have plenty of choice

Great, quiet, easy to access to terminal
Clean, quiet and staff really helpful. We had a great night sleep here. Also the hoppa bus to terminal 3 just at the door of the hotel, it took less than 10 minutes to the terminal.

The staff here were so kind. We arrived after 10:30 PM just exhausted from travel only to find lovely staff and delicious food and drinks. It was a breeze to check in and we were given helpful information for getting to the train the next morning. I would stay here again.

It's a large, clean, comfortable hotel just minutes away from Heathrow by bus or taxi. The breakfast buffet is big and varied, but costs as much as a moderate dinner in town, so bring an appetite. I arrived well before check-in time, hoping to leave my bags for the day, but the room was ready so they gave me early access, which is great customer service!
