Thhe 1st room had 2 twin beds that moved/shifted as you lay in the bed. 2nd room's lock on yhe door didn't work. The door had previously been pried open. Notsafe for a single female traveler under any circumstance. This room was directly across from the exit stairs.

It's perfect for the business traveler especially. The walk to the room was far with my heavy bag. Even though I am an elderly woman, no staff offered to assist me. A hair dryer in the room would have been nice. Overall, a fine stay - friendly staff who allowed me to check in early. Very comfortable room and very clean!

This is my preferred hotel when I travel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean and the location is right by a London bus stop to take you to the airport for £1.65.

We didn’t check until circa 8.30pm, with a flight next day at 9am. So we dropped our bags in room and went downstairs to the bar for a quick meal and drink before bed. However as about to have a shower we found blood on the floor and also on one of the towels that we laid down to step once coming out of shower….this is so unacceptable on every level!!!! As was late decided to avoid the bathroom as much as possible….as you can imagine we were horrified. Went to bed and up at 7am to check out…so I was explained the the situation and how risky for health it was….the check out response was “so what do want me to do? I’ll tell the cleaners” I kinda laughed and said “I haven’t got time for this however you have put us both at risk with blood on towels and floor” I also showed photo evidence….which I’m trying to add to this. I will say original check in and bar staff great. Also the original person that check us in was wonderful. However I’m disgusted at the lack of responsibility and accountability of the situation.

Hotel was lovely and staff very friendly. I had a pizza in the restaurant and was surprised when I got the bill that there was a 12.5 % service charge. I think if you want to leave a tip it should be up to you.
