The desk and the front person of the restaurant were top notch. I will choice this place on those 2 people . Also the front desk person at the aqua spa was also excellent. These 3 people should have a stake in the hotel because I have never had service at a gig level as they provided .

Great location, but my room had no river view, just high rise buildings. No towel rails whatsoever in the bathroom, which I found very odd, even Travelodge has them. Light switches took a while to figure out.

When we booked the hotel we wasn’t aware the roof terrace was not in use as there was a private party , it was very warm outside and very disappointing that we could not use this facility , we would not have stayed here had we known beforehand

We loved our stay at Sea Containers. We normally stay in Kensington but being on the Southbank was so fun. Walking distance to The London Eye, The Globe, Borough market and we even walked to Covent garden and Chinatown. The room was beautiful and the beds were to comfortable we struggled to get up every morning. The rooftop bar has beautiful views and we loved the movie theater for our kids. 5 star experience for sure. We’ll be back.

This is the third time I've stayed at the Sea Containers, and I love it every time I visit. Such a great location with easy access to trains and the South Bank with all of its dining options. The room and view was fantastic. No complaints at all!

The location was perfect to see all of London. It is close to all the major sights that you can either walk or take the tube. The view of the river is gorgeous. The staff was highly accommodating and checked us in early so we could get some rest after a red eye. We are looking forward to our next trip back to London to stay at the Sea Containers.

Nice hotel in the area between London Bridge and Waterloo. The hotel is top notch and the standard rooms are of a good large size along with a good working shower and bathroom facilities. The rooms are made up each day as well which gives additional peace of mind. The hotel is clean and contemporary and is worth a visit just for its bars and restaurant areas, as the views are superb across the City. Good staff compliment the Hotel, and you can either catch the bus from Blackfriars, or use the tube from Blackfriars over the bridge. Slight negatives are the lack of itemised billing upon check out (hard copies) and unclear 'service charges' which may appear during your stay, however, the hotel is still top notch!
