The staff are excellent and responsive, I had a problem with my TV connection and they sent someone very quickly to troubleshoot it. The room was very well-presented, I prefer a cubicle shower (personal preference) but otherwise the cleanliness and provisions were great. Loved the Indian breakfast, the staff were always happy to help with recommendations. Thank you!

Wonderful weekend in the heart of London
A wonderful weekend stay! Beautiful hotel overall, pretty lights in the courtyard, clean, fresh bedding, hotel generally smells good and topped of with very friendly staff. The spa was excellent too. Breakfast was delicious with a massive choice that will delight taste buds.

The most wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary, customer service to the highest level. Diwali theme throughout the hotel and the Courtyard lit up beautifully in the night. Only one elevator works and its always occupied. No signs for the stairs and even finding them they were in the middle of construction area. Twice alarm started without reason, "upgraded" room with view to aircons. This was our second time and both times was a mess with elevators. Stuff very polite and kind.
