Booked this hotel as had an early morning flight the next day. Comfy, clean room with a kitchenette. There's a restaurant and bar in the Holiday Inn next, which was very reasonably priced with tasty food. Will definitely stay here again

Nice big room. Comfortable. Well equipped for a longer stay . Pleasant breakfast. Evening dining at Holiday Inn next door was fine but drinks VERY pricey - Ā£7.95 for a pint and then the 12.5% service charge on top- ouch!

Property is very clean and rooms are nice. Found the dining staff and a couple of the front desk staff rude and unhelpful. Wanted to charge me to change a wheel chair accessible room to a standard room which I booked. Wanted another 25GBP per night??? Finally a manger said I was right. Also tried to buy a snack and front staff rude. A shame really as the hotel is nice

This is an easy bus ride (Central Station to Newport) from Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. There is also the Hotel Hoppa option, which is more convenient, but also more expensive and must be booked in advance. Nice breakfast options and easy place to stay before a flight out.

I would give this Staybridge 10 stars if it were an option.the breakfast was excellent, the happy hour with wine far exceeded our expectations.the women in the morning breakfast room gave us exceptional service & were very friendly kind helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome, definitely a 5 star rating. We would highly recommend this Staybridge. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Staybridge.

Clean, welcoming. Breakfast was included and was terrific. Lots of options. I also liked having a kitchenette in the room. One problem we had was that the front desk told us about a shuttle to the airport, but failed to tell us that we had to buy tickets for the shuttle and what the cost was.
