We had a great stay and will go back again. The location is excellent - minutes to Hyde Park, right across the corner to Gloucester tube, lots of cafes and shops on the immediate street. Rooms were lovely and service very good. Wonderful experience all around.

The hotel is beautiful, wonderfully clean both the rooms and the hotel in general. The bar is such a lovely place to reminisce about the days events. The small details water in the room replenished daily also the tea tray. Mirrors with great light, sockets were they need to be air conditioning. The staff were polite and attentive. I can’t wait to go back.

My 3rd visit to The Bailey's over 13 years--this hotel never disappoints! Lovely, spacious room, very clean & quiet, helpful staff and plenty of dining options in the neighborhood. Walk across the street for the Gloucester Rd Underground station and it just doesn't get any better than that.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a short walk to the museums and the tube was right across the street. Plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. The concierge employees were super friendly and helpful also!

A lovely old hotel, but beware of the stairs.
We arrived with lots of luggage and discovered we had to climb stairs to get to reception. They complimentary upgraded us to the Bailey Suite but thus meant even 16 more narrow stairs - luckily the porters carried the big suitcase up on arrival and down on departure. The suite was big, but cluttered and no writer instructions on how to use the tvs or the hot water system in the shower. Great location and superb access to Gloucester St Station literally across the road - but it too had stair issues and on arrival we had to leave the underground at Earls Court to get stair free departure and then walked the 600m to the the hotel.

First time visit in London for us, and I couldn't have picked a better spot. Directly adjacent to a tube station, lots of food options in the neighborhood, an extremely clean and pleasant facility with a great bar. I couldn't ask for anything more.

A terrific place to stay in London. Easy access to the underground, both from Heathrow and to city sites. Wonderful, walkable neighborhood with a ton of excellent cafes and restaurants. Far enough from the Westminster and Piccadilly crowds to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough that most city sites are a 15 to 20 minute trip away. The regular bus stops are easy to navigate, and the on/off tour buses pick up just outside the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained. The staff were excellent, and our room was very comfortable.

We loved your hotel being in a safe area and with great transport systems nearby. Check in was not great. Your computer system was not working and it took 4 of your people figuring this out behind the counter before one looked us (the customer) in the eye to say sorry for the delay. Handing me a drinks voucher does not instill confidence that our room was reserved and waiting for us. Zero communication and zero eye contact for 5 minutes was not what you want after flying in from the US. I must say after that our stay was great.
