The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. Great experience
My stay at the Lanesborough was wonderful. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. The same goes for the butler service which thoughtfully anticipated my needs. The hotel itself was beautiful and immaculate. Check in and check out was a pleasure. Overall, I felt right at home.

GLORIOUS HOTEL
The Lanesborough is an exceptional hotel and having stayed at many 5 star hotels, including The Dorchester and The Ritz, this hotel tops them all. The hotel is immaculate and the staff welcome you as one of their family. Cannot wait to be back there next month.
