Great hotel in a great location. Across the street from 3 museums and a short walk to tube station, restaurants/caffĆØs and shopping including Harrods. Rooms are roomy, well appointed, with comfy beds and bath. Delicious breakfast was included.

Great stay, convenient location
Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and quiet and of a reasonably high standard. It looked like it had been fairly freshly decorated. Breakfast selection was fantastic and staff were friendly. The only negative point was that the gym and pool were and additional charge of Ā£15 per day. I had booked the hotel based on it having a gym and pool and it was disappointing to learn this. For this reason alone, I'd probably stay elsewhere, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a great place to stay.

Had a small issue with room as had paid for an upgrade and didnt see what we'd paid for, after a chat with reception issue was resolved very amicably. Hotel is a little vit dated but very comfortable, very clean and staff were very helpful
