I have stayed at The Rembrandt many times over the years and it has never failed me. The staff were very helpful, and in particular, the concierges who, with by their professionalism and affability, enabled the logistics of on-ward travel seem less. I will be a return customer when next in London!

We liked the location but found that the lounge/bar area was tired looking. Coming in just after 11pm to find the bar and facilities closed was annoying. We were expecting to be able to have a nightcap especially as it was a Saturday night. Would we stay again, probably not.

Great hotel in the centre and of London, great for the Museums, Football and the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were mostly friendly and well organised and managed to complete my extra order in good time for our arrival. It would get 5 stars all round but I have come accustom to the Excellent Exceptional service provided by the hotels in sleepy Suffolk. The breakfast although nice was bland in comparison to those experienced locally. The Room was perfectly presented and the bed was very comfortable which is key when staying away.

It was just a one night stay. Able to leave luggage whilst sight seeing. Very nice breakfast. No USB ports for re-charging phone in the room, but concierge was able to do this. No robes provided in the bathroom No drinking water provided in the rooms Overall very good BUT I think not excellent "value-for- money" compared with other London hotels I have stayed in.

Most of the staff was friendly. That is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Bed was uncomfortable; TV not smart, dated furniture. I was sold this hotel with a welcome drink for each guest but that was not given.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is an excellent location! What we appreciated is that one can also order some very good snacks in the evening. The only criticism: our room had only two very small shelves, inconveniently low, and the bathroom well appointed but very small.
