I was so happy with my stay here , me and my husband stayed in London a couple days before our cruise from Dover. When arrived at 930 am from a long flight my room was ready we were so grateful. I can’t say enough the hotel is beautiful the staff are so helpful! The location is perfect for walking to main attractions of London. If ever go back will definitely be back !!!

The hotel is very nice. But we booked a room with a river view but on the 8th floor you could only see the river from the side of the windows!

We really enjoyed our stay. While the room furnishings were a bit dated, the property was clean, service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would highly recommend this bite for its central location and proximity to major sites.

The most amazing time was had at The Royal Horseguards! The hotel was luxurious without being stuffy. The staff members were incredibly helpful. Our room had a view of the park that was second to none. What else can I say, I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The special thank you I want to address to Yana, she is a real asset to the hotel. She is very knowledgeable and super nice. Yana gave us the best room we could only wish for. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast on my birthday that Yana added to make our vacation even more memorable. The breakfast was superb. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The hotel site and the surrounding are absolutely stunning and hysterical. The room had a refrigerator and there were complimentary water bottles and the snacks in it. The bar and the restaurant are also very good.Thank you for the great welcoming atmosphere!

Over all good stay
Our room was not a clean as it could be and Mini fridge items seemed to be a bit haphazard, the example is no chocolate the first day and no water on day three just full sugar coca cola ! furniture was well used ie marked and not very clean with runs down the face of the units, however the kettle was replaced as it was faulty very quickly, but the staff on reception could not understand our request for instant coffee or it was lost in translation to room service ? restaurant was 100% perfect thank you. Would I recommend the hotel YES I would

The hotel is in the perfect location for walking to numerous historic and Royal London landmarks, the Thames River, restaurants, bars, the West End theatres and Covent Garden. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely professional and efficient and make you feel very welcome.
