Delightful stay, wonderful location, staff was incredible, couldn't have been happier with our experience here. We arrived a little early and had to wait in the lobby for our room to become available, and one of the members of the staff even ran out to buy an iPhone charger just to lend my wife. I can't emphasize enough how good the location is, walking distance from Paddington Station and multiple Zone 1 bus stops, made it a dream to get around London.

Absolutely loved our stay, the distance to Paddington is what sold it for us. Loved having our own extra space with the ‘living room/kitchen’ area. Staff were so welcoming, smiles whenever we came downstairs. It makes a difference.

Overall, a nice stay. But a few issues that make me unlikely to stay again. The automatic shades in my room would get stuck in use, which was quite annoying. There was also a distinct smell of urine near the bed.

Great stay!
We chose Wilde Aparthotels because it is one of the few options for a multi-room suite at a not ridiculous price. We were obviously not the only ones, as there were lots of families there. There’s no formal front desk, but there are always staff there and they were great! The room was immaculate. Excellent condition, lots of space, nice amenities. Kitchen was stocked with bottled water, a few snacks, milk in the fridge. Bathroom was also super clean. It does follow the new trend where there is no daily housekeeping without an additional fee, which we were fine with. You can contact staff via WhatsApp if you need something restocked, which we did and found they were very responsive! Our one issue is the location - it was a bit of a longer walk from Paddington than we thought, and it was a bit confusing to navigate. But the neighborhood also clearly being built up, so I expect the immediate area will improve.

Convenient location. Easy access to Paddington station once you know the short cut route. Ultra modern building and concepts. Room layout is rather poor for our 5 nights stay. Little space for clothes and bath toiletries. No power outlet for hair dryer in bathroom. Kitchen is not really functional. Missing items for cooking. One coffee table. No work or dining table. Front staffs with lack of information about tourist information. We went concierges at Hilton next door for help. It would be nice if we get daily tidying service.

This is an interesting innovative concept that may need a little tweaking. One side of the bed was against the wall. How does a second person get in? And one person had to get out of bed to turn off either or both reading lights. One bathroom light was behind the door and another could only be turned on by pressing the mirror (in the right spot). On our side of the building, auto headlights shined into lower floor windows at night - with no obvious means of closing the curtains or lowering the blinds. Turns out the controls for the motorized blinds were across the room. In the morning it can be hard to get an Uber or taxi - so easier to walk to Paddington Station for the taxi queue. Overall, the price was reasonable, the staff very attentive, and it’s always nice to stay in a brand new property. We also appreciated the complimentary buffet breakfast after our early arrival following an overnight flight.

This was a beautiful, friendly hotel with a great location. Very nice, quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby and 15-20 minute ride to most of the major areas to see in London. Would stay there again!

We had a great time at Wilde Paddington. The staff were very helpful especially Mathew. They granted our request for a change of room and a late check out. We would definitely stay there again. Finding nice accommodation in London is not easy and this place is truly excellent.
