Excellent location, next to Tube Station. Room clean but basic "no frills". Small, cramped room. Sink located in the room and not in separate bathroom. No walking space around bed, the person sleeping on the inside has to climb over the person sleeping next to them. Limited wardrobe space etc. Helpful staff with "self- serve" check in.

This was our first time at a CitizenM and we would definitely stay again! The staff were amazing, the little touches like technology controlled lights/TV etc and the 24 hour cafe! Thank you for a great stay.

DIRECTLY across the street from the Tower Of London. The pics of the rooms with a Tower view do not do it justice, it’s an amazing view. Staff is extremely accommodating. Yes rooms are small but that is not an issue for me. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to get to all of the classic London landmarks, my wife and I had no problems getting an Uber or taxi. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. No complaints at all I would stay there again.
