Amazing place! Top-notch hospitality & cleanliness. Excellent food (can't miss the Nobu Restaurant!!) and breath-taking beach view. Perfect for those looking for quiet, luxurious destination for family or couples vacation.

Overall, this place was a huge dissapointment. From beggining to end there were issues with our stay. However, our concierge Alondra was *wonderful* Check-in is disorganized and confused. The clerk seemed to be stressed while checking us in and it took a long time. When the lady Michele took us to our room, other people were staying inside. We then had to sit at the bar, with our luggage, for 2 hours while they tried to find us a room to stay in. This is unacceptable - I pre-paid for the rooom (w/private pool) months in advance. It should have been reserved for us. What makes me angry is I overheard during check-in two other guests who were offered upgraded rooms. You should not be handing out upgrades if you haven't accounted for the rooms already reserved. Other major issues with Nobu Cabo: 1. Prepare to spend a TON of money on food. There are no affordable food options and this place is secluded, so you can't go anywhere else. I'm talking $30 nachos, $40 burger, $ 30 guac and chips. If you ever go to breakfast, prepare to spend at least $80 for 2 people. If you stay for several days you will be paying at least 1,000 USD for food These people claim that the prices are "competitive". They are not and this is a lie. 2. The waiters and staff do not provide good customer service 3. Because of poor design, this property is extremely windy. At the beach and the pools. 4. Aggressive FLIES swarm your food if you eat outside. They can't fix it. Flies in your guacamole

The property is beautiful, very clean, very peaceful, and calming. Views are great, great sunsets. Pools are really nice. Food is expensive and since the hotel is so far out of the way you are stuck eating on the property. The food is just ok not great for a 5 star hotel they could do better. The best thing we had was the breakfast. They have a major major fly problem so be warned, you, your food, your drinks will constantly be swarmed by flies it’s disgusting! I refused to pay for one meal because the flies were so bad! You need to either sit inside or inhale your food so fast that you are miserable. The employees seem to be so used to the flies that it doesn’t even phase them nor do they understand why you are bothered by the flies. When we brought it to anyone’s attention they acted like no big deal or made excuses for the flies. We travel to Cabo a lot and I have never encountered anything h like it. The resort is beautiful but it is really far from anything else so you pretty much stay at the resort. Which is what they expect. We rented a car so we were able to get out and adventure but it is still far from anything. We never received a very good welcome when we arrived so that was off putting. They seemed like we were more of an afterthought. We watched everyone else get wash rags and welcome drinks everytime anyone arrived for the 3 days we stayed there yet we received nothing upon arrival. They will try to sell you a timeshare so be warned!!! Don’t!!

We visited this property for our anniversary! The property was amazing, the staff were wonderful, and the spa treatments were worth the money. Also, the food at Muna restaurant was some of the best we experienced. The property is located in a remote area without a lot to do so if you are not looking for total relaxation this would be the only thing I could see as a downfall. We actually enjoyed our stay so much that we purchased vacation weeks at the NOBU Residences.

5 star resort was so noisy we got little if any sleep, rooms lack any soundproofing from neighbors at all and near by common area pool tables/ping pong encouraged late night rowdiness. It felt like we were staying in a nightclub pool hall.

I had an AMAZING time during my stay!! Upon arrival, you’re greeted by staff with a delicious welcome drink and a warm towel. Check in is easy and quick which allows you to get right to amenities. I went during the week so early check in was no problem. It was my mom’s birthday so they had welcome strawberries for us. Everything I ate at the hotel was a 10/10!!! Food was delicious and cooked to perfection and didn’t take a long time coming out at all. Concierge checked on you every morning and night. When I think of a perfect stay, I will always think about Nobu Los Cabos! They made vacation and my mom’s birthday the perfect getaway. *my only negative review is the time taken for the tour for timeshares. They bribe you into a 75min tour but the time doesn’t start until after your free breakfast (which isn’t even at a restaurant with real breakfast. They just add egg to every lunch dish) so you spend about 2-3hrs on a tour. I wanted to go downtown during the day and it ate into so much of my vacation only to get free breakfast and $200 room credit. Not worth it!*

First let me say this property was extremely well planned at construction , I travel a lot all over the world and this hotel is probably one of the best I have been too. Great restaurants , good vibe , lovely pools and incredible views of the ocean while enjoying one of the best sunsets in the world . The staff is incredible , attentive and super helpful and polite. Nobu the restaurant … Well it’s Nobu :) we will be back
