Upon entering the apartment we were hit in the face with a smell of dirty nappies that unfortunately did not go away even with the window open.when turning on the shower the shower head falls off so you have to hold it to wash, the drain cap floats and water doesn’t drain so your feet are in dirty water. The mattresses are stained terribly with many things and hair is on the mattresses also. Holes in walls hand prints on walls. The appliances look like they have been beaten up so many dents. Don’t waste your money!!! This place is an absolute filthy. When I asked the duty manager who do I make a complaint to about this he said to who ever I booked through. Which didn’t make sense. He obviously did not care to know.

My family and I loved the rooms that was so spacious and comfortable even our 75 yr old unty loved it. Every thing of need was right there which minimized our eating concerns bcos we could cook indoors. Absolutely shocked with the rooms. There were stains on the mattresses. Nothing worked in the room. Everything about this property felt terrible. The photos online are old photos and does not reflect the actual place currently. Would not recommend this place.

Reception staff were blunt/bordering on rude when I arrived. Rooms state they’re sound proof but they’re definitely not in fact they’re quite noisy. Rooms are run down and need some basic maintenance, for example my shower door didn’t shut properly and the blinds didn’t shut the whole way down. It was also clear my room hadn’t been properly vacuumed in a while.

We ended up not staying at this property, we were given a room, when we arrived, a latch was broken on the window, the carpet was all wet I front of it, a blind was missing from one of the bedrooms, heaters didn’t work, we complained & got another room, that room smelt like food, carpet badly stained, surfaces hadn’t been cleaned. It would have to be the worst accommodation we have come across. Man on reception was very nice, not his fault. This place is rated 4 star, far from it!!! It would be more like a 2 star property, definitely did not look like the photos! It also felt unsafe. Terribly presented property, people beware!
