Central Park is an exquisitely renovated luxurious property on the city fringe that represents the very essence of high end accommodation in Melbourne. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this pet friendly terraced home retains its original character, while offering alluring features including wooden floorboards, a feature staircase, and flawless bathrooms.

Opening the front door you will find the first of 2 living zones with an exposed brick backdrop framing the feature staircase, a spacious and thoughtful meals area, an entertainers kitchen, powder room and euro laundry followed by a good sized family, or second living area room, for the larger family.

A centrally located skylight is the visual centerpiece for the generous living areas downstairs. Upstairs, the first floor is complete with 3 generous bedrooms all with generous built in robes and air-conditioning/heating, a main bathroom with bath and shower and a roomy ensuite that accompanies the master bedroom.

Spacious and modern apartment
This apartment suited our needs: 4 women needing 4 different sleeping spaces. Clean, with very comfortable beds. Photos were as depicted. We were here for a conference, and walked 15 min to Conference Center- pleasant and safe environment. We would recommend the Emerald Hill Café for excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch. The apartment has a large functional kitchen which we used as well. As expected, being located on busy street, some street noises for those sleeping in master and living room (sofa beds) however it was not an issue with us as we use ear plugs during our travels. We appreciated the welcome package amenities and the espresso machine. We also used the washing and drying machine. Booking was easy however it took several emails to property managers to get the check-in details. If there is something to improve, it would be the communication. They request additional documents are sent after the booking is made- which was easily done, promptly- however as I had not received acknowledgement of the received items and did not hear until 24-36 hours prior to scheduled arrival what the check-in information was, despite several emails, it left me a bit nervous (especially since we were coming from abroad). Once received, it was easy to check in. We certainly appreciated being able to check out a bit later. I still give this property a full 5 stars, as a frequent traveller and user of VRBO-Home Away. Thank you.

Footy weekend in Melbourne
We found Central Park a great property for our stay of 2 adults & 2 kids. Centrally located in South Melbourne walking distance to all amenities incl cafes restaurants bars grocery stores boutiques. Tram line at door step (literally) was a tiny bit noisy but didn’t bother us being out & about! The apartment offered everything we needed for our weekend & more! Wifi & Netflix connection wasn’t great during our stay! All in all a great little find at a good price for a family vacay in Melbourne.
