Balrose Cottage, two bedroom cottage, providing holiday accommodation in the quiet seaside village of Balnarring Beach and is only a four minute walk to a lovely, safe, unspoilt, award winning beach.

The cottage is homely, holiday home, comprising a full-size kitchen, separate dining area, lounge room, laundry, separate bathroom and toilet.
It is set amid a beautiful cottage garden. There is off-street carport parking at the rear of the cottage.

There is a full-length verandah at the front of the cottage with outdoor furniture.

The cottage is set in a beautiful cottage which is a mass of colour and fragrances for you to enjoy.

Balnarring Beach is well-located on the peninsula with easy access to all attractions the peninsula has to offer.

Balnarring Beach is centrally located on the south east side of the Mornington Peninsula on Westernport bay, amid natural beauty and with easy access to the natural and man made attractions the Mornington Peninsula offers.

The Mornington Peninsula is flanked by by Port Philip Bay on one side, Westernport Bay on the other and Bass Strait to the south.

Balnarring Beach is a quiet coastal village located on a stretch of coastline with minimal development meaning that you can enjoy the tranquility of walking along an unspoilt beach with a high probability of having the whole beach to yourself.

If you are lucky you will see the resident pod of dolphins that swim close to the shore and see Koalas in eucalypts trees in the foreshore reserve.

The Peninsula is a principal tourist area of Victoria. Being especially popular with holiday makers during the summer period.

Lovely comfortable cottage
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this amazing cottage. Convenient and quiet location, very neat and tidy, with an amazing, well cared for garden in full bloom. Quiet and convenient location. The hosts provided great information, were very welcoming, and available for anything we needed. There is a great cafe less than 10 minutes walk. We walked the nearby Woodlands walk to a nearby beach and on to the Coolart Wetlands and Homestead reserve. It was tough to leave and would definitely stay here again

Balrose Cottage is a beautiful property. It’s impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all of the thoughtful touches you could think of. Stunning cottage garden, clearly a lot of love and work is out in there. An easy 30 minute drive to the hot springs and a quick Uber ride to Jackelope winery (highly recommend a visit). Hosts Alan and Christine are very friendly. Would definitely like to return.

Gorgeous cottage you won't want to leave!
I had a much-needed weekend away from my kids, ha!, and this gorgeous cottage was the perfect place to stay. It was pristine, cozy, quiet, a short walk from the beach and shops and the lovely owners even provided some home-made baked goods. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We loved Balrose Cottage. Christine & Alan were lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was situated in a quiet street and within walking distance to shops and for a stroll along the beach. Wineries and restaurants were close by. We would stay there again.

Whatever is beyond “Outstanding”!
There is nothing to fault about this property and everything to praise. The garden is quite something to behold and our two breakfasts were eaten outside on the sunny verandah where there are two spots to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. The house itself is spotless with the prettiest floral sheets on the beds which makes a lovely change from the ubiquitous white. There is a large, comfortable lounge-room with recliner chairs and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. We met our wonderful hosts, Alan and Christine, who were happy to answer all our questions about where to eat and what to do but they have also created great information folders which are in the cottage. You are close to the beach and village shops and restaurants as well as only being a short distance from various attractions such as the Point Leo Estate Sculpture Park. If you want to just drop your bags and immediately begin to enjoy your break or holiday, Balrose Cottage is where you need to be.

We had a lovely long weekend at Alan & Christine's property, the house was spotlessly clean with a country cottage feel and Balnarring Beach was only a 5-10 min walk away. This area is in a quiet and peaceful corner of the Peninsula and is a fantastic base for visiting the many wineries and cafes nearby. We had everything we needed in the cottage and the garden was just as beautiful as pictured. Alan & Christine's communication was fantastic and the friands and choccies on arrival were a welcome treat!

The property has everything you need for a short or long stay. We loved sitting on the veranda ...such a pretty spot. The property is ideally located - short stroll to the beach and local cafe. Christine and Alan were wonderful hosts....and we hope to be back next summer.

Lovely cottage in wonderful location.
We had a wonderful weekend stay at Balrose cottage. Surrounded by a bright, gorgeous garden the cottage was also clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - just a short stroll to the beach and local cafe. Would highly recommend.

Idyllic cottage and location
Balrose Cottage surpassed all expectations. Can honestly say that I've never stayed in such a picturesque and comfortable place. Absolutely beautiful and an easy walk to the beach. Spotlessly presented cottage with absolutely every possible creature comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything holiday makers need plus more. Salt, pepper, oil, food wraps, a huge range of teas and even a sewing kit for emergencies were all provided. Beds, linen and towels were of the highest quality as was the decor throughout the house. Great location within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to the Balnarring Village. The hosts, Alan & Christine, gave us a warm welcome with the friands and chocolates being a much appreciated bonus. Without doubt the tidiest and most well organised holiday stay we have used. Would highly recommend Balrose Cottage to those looking for a perfect getaway.

Close to beach, shops. Spacious accommodation , immaculate presentation. Fully equipped kitchen. Games cupboard full of things to entertain the kids plus loads of DVD's. Beds super comfy. Lovely bed linen and towels. All you need to keep a family rolling on holidays. Multiple playgrounds close by, footpaths making bike riding access with kids easy. Short drive to great IGA supermarket and multiple good coffee options.
