New apartment with state of art fixings. Conveniently located on the famous Burke Rd where plenty of cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are hosted. Only 400m to the Camberwell train station. 10 minutes train trip into Melbourne CBD.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both have a formal bed. It is ideal to accommodate 2-3 people. However, the sofa in the spacious living area is a double-bed sized sofa bed, which can accommodate additional two people if required. A large dinning table is set next to Kitchen.

There is a car park space for this apartment in the basement. The entrance to the basement carpark area has a 2.1 m height limitation. The basement car park is accessed via Kintore St.

Lovely unit in a great location, close to shops and breakfast spots, as well as trams and train station. Minor hick up when checking in was sorted out and checking in was easy. Parking underneath. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of Melbourne.

Great Stay
All we needed for 3 nights in Melbourne. Excellent location close to rail and shops. Out of the city rat race, yet close enough for easy commute to town. Unit was very clean, with plenty of towels. Communication with Richard was easy as was check in and check out. Only small negative is 2nd bedroom is tiny and with no window to outside.

Everything you need for your stay
Apartment was clean and bright. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Richard is a lovely man and alway available if needed. It's in an ideal location for the trams, rail station and so many shops and cafes serving amazing food and coffee. Definitely rent again.

Camberwell Stay
Property was very well presented. It was clean, tidy and functional. Our host Richard was prompt in giving us access to the accommodation. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Parking was secure with easy access via a lift to our accommodation. The location was convenient for our family visits to Canterbury. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with every we needed. It was spacious and light-filled with a good sized balcony. The secure undercover parking was a bonus. The location was great - close to shops, restaurants and transport. Richard was very friendly and helpful which made accessing the key, the booking-in process, etc very easy and convenient. Richard obviously looks after this property, with a lot of small touches to make one feel at home. He met us to hand over the key and bid us farewell when we left. For anyone visiting Melbourne, this is great value accomodation in a fantastic location.
