We had a wonderful stay, Anika went over and above to get us checked in after a very long day on the road. Walking distance to MCG, which is where we needed to be for the marathon. Fantastic, highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property, prime location. Only that I didn't receive an email or sms prior to check-in, so we were forced to ring the emergency contact person who guided us through check in. Turns out Wotif (Expedia) had neglected to send through the after hours check in procedure email as required.

Our stay at Caroline Apartments was fabulous. We were so surprised when we checked in and the apartments way surpassed our expectations. They were modern, clean, spacious, well set out, warm, cosy and comfortable! We were able to easily walk to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, AAMI area and the array of restaurants and cafes close by was amazing. The staff at the Caroline Apartments are friendly and welcoming and were able to accommodate all our needs whilst being super pleasant. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Melbourne. 11/10!

Love staying here when I am working. It's just far enough out of the City to be a bit quieter and less hectic, but still easy to get there if you need to. Food options around Richmond are superb. Trams run right out front. Great all round.

Location is good
Communication was good, and access was easy, however, due to maintenance issues the original room we were assigned with windows and views, was unavailable and we were unfortunately housed in an internal, small room with an internal courtyard looking at 4 walls, if you looked up past the 3 storey tunnel of walls you could see sky, but this type of room is not at all what we'd hope for or thought we'd paid for. Location is great with lots of restaurants and bars all around.
