An excellent location near to cafes and restaurants with easy tram access to the city and airport. I've sent another communication about this, but you need to know that the information about the property on Wotif is incorrect. We understood we’d be staying in Thornbury near our family from 6-10 July 2019, but we were advised by the owner's confirmation email on the day of arrival to Melbourne (when there was no time to find alternative accommodation) that there had been an error and the unit was in Essendon. We were very disappointed, despite the apartment being very comfortable. We were also advised that the price would be different due to the mix-up. However, there has been no refund. I’ve been booking with Wotif for many years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an error. It would be helpful to know that the error has been corrected and to receive some sort of restitution for your error.
