The property looked exactly like the photos displayed.However,upon arrival, there was no tv,no wifi,soiled towels, broken window latch (whereby someone could easily climb through into the property),broken kettle,scuffed walls l, broken rangehood and stove top.These issues were raised when discovered and I was promised a refund for of 20% for everyday of my stay until wifi is available. It has been almost over 3weeks now and i have yet to receive my refund and an update from the team. Response rate and customer service is extremely poor. I have tried calling but 3 out of the 5 times I have called,I was placed on hold for over 15mins and will be eventually asked to record a voicemail.
