This delightful holiday home provides dual entry via John Bertram Drive and Gulls Way, allowing for parking of a boat, jet ski of up to 4 vehicles. The property boundary is fully fenced and gated.
PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.
POOL HEATING
The Pool is not heated between 1 May to mid September but can be upon request for an extra $50 per day or $200 per week. Please confirm when requesting to book. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for every booking. Pool towels included. BYO Beach Towels.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
