With surround sound inside and out on the alfresco terrace, the lower level includes a sleek granite-topped kitchen complete with 900 ml oven, 5-burner cooktop, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich maker and more, making your holiday feasts a breeze.

Upstairs is a second lounge with balcony that is ideal for escaping with a good book or for the kids TV time, along with three upper level bedrooms with queen beds and a modern family bathroom.
