We welcome guests that are respectful of the property. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside so as not to disturb neighbours. We respect our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
