We offer a sparkling clean, modern 5 bedroom home that is centrally located with excellent amenities. For large groups stay, the home has three seperate common living zones. There are a total of 5 queen-sized bedrooms, 4 double sofa beds, an home office (optional), an office washroom, 3 toilets, 3 baths and full-size laundry. One of the best features of the house is a large, open-plan kitchen/entertainment zone leading to an open outdoor rear BBQ courtyard garden for enjoying Melbourne sunshine.
For working from home professionals, there is an option to use a newly renovated dedicated home office in the front of the house. Fitted with a large commercial desk and fast unlimited wifi internet, you will be able to work here uninterrupted and enjoy a separate office space.
(Note use of home office is to be negotiated as an extra cost and not included in the price.)
In addition, there are 4x in-room study desks and 3x common area sitting lounges. A long 12 seater dining table can also be used as a board meeting. The office washroom is also conveniently located downstairs next to the front office.
Location: the home is centrally located just 3 mins from Ring Road Freeway and Sunshine Hospital. Many essential services are exceptionally close and convenient, including takeaway cafes, commercial laundry and a bottle shop, which are literally right next door. Shopping centers and fast food outlets are just a short 3mins drive away.
Within each room, we have provided extra in-room self-service amenities in the cabinet - including spare toilet rolls, change of freshly commercial washed linen, personal rubbish bin, and personal laundry basket. A Dyson Cordless Handheld Vacuum is available for self-serviced room cleaning.
While staying in, you will enjoy our large modern open-plan kitchen and entertainment zone which is fully equipped with hi-end Hifi Speakers, DVD, Karaoke, a Large Screen TV with fast unlimited internet connected to Google Chromecast and Youtube videos.
A fully functioning kitchen had just had a new dishwasher installed, and a new upgrade Rinnai Hot Water Unit provides instantaneous hot water that never runs out (even when all 3 bathrooms are in use!).
A Full-Size laundry fitted with washer, Wall-mounted anti-bacterial Soap dispensers, and automatic hand dryer is provided.
Before and after each booking, we make sure the entire home goes through extra cleaning & disinfection. Our cleaners are instructed to pay extra attention to sanitizing door-knobs, bathrooms, toilets, light switches, etc to comply with new strict Airbnb safety and cleaning protocols. For extra precaution and peace of mind, we also enforce 72hrs breaks inbetween bookings to sanitize and open all windows for fresh air.
