A quiet location in St Pauls Road, Sorrento, walking distance to St Pauls Road Cafe, front & back beaches, Sorrento Village shops, cafes, hotels, Queenscliff Ferry. Large living area with television and air-conditioning, gas wall heater, opening out to a lovely picturesque front verandah and established garden. Fully appointed kitchen providing all the essentials for home cooked meals, a dining area for 6, and access to the rear back decking providing a BBQ for all year round entertaining.
