Our Saltwater Poolside property is a stylish beach house getaway for all seasons offering the best of both worlds - fully decked and landscaped with a private heated heated** pool - not to mention the spacious indoor living and dining areas - brand new kitchen and bathrooms with gorgeous Appaiser bathtub and basins!

Splash around in the delightful heated** pool - fully landscaped, totally private so you can enjoy your pool time without any neighbors looking in!
** An additional once off fee - $280 -will be applied for pool gas heating to be switched on per stay (or per week) when requested (otherwise Solar heating will be only heating on)

FOXTEL PLATINUM PACKAGE & UNLIMITED TELSTRA NBN WIFI access included in your stay

This truly is a holiday home where you can relax and unwind in comfort. All beds and bedding are hotel quality, all underlays and pillow protectors are anti-allergenic.

All stays have bed linens for guests numbers booked (no towels) included for a carefree stay - 2 guests is 1 queen or 2 singles - extra beds can be arranged for $50 per queen or $25 per single. Bathtowels can be added for $15pp

COVID-19 - whilst we have a “no refund” policy, rest assured if there is another “do not travel lockdown” during any of your booked dates you would be able to reschedule your dates for another time with NO penalty for a same value stay (or just pay extra if its more than your original booking) – if perchance you wouldn’t be sure which dates to book then you would have a full credit for the rental to use any other time at any of my 4 houses .....still no refund, but no loss of rental either! We are all in this new normal travel aspect together!!

all young adults are welcomed with additional parental guarantee/contact & additional bonds of approx $200 pp. We know you will be respectful to our house and neighbours at all times, and we offer a safe, friendly environment for all registered guests to chill out together after your exams (or other times in the year)
Our pricing and availability are always up to date so once you enter your dates and guest numbers, you will know the quote for your stay...... absolutely no visitors, only registered guests
If this is within budget, please send Enquiry then we can send a payment link to book with BOND ADJUSTED TO $2000 - if this adjustment is made before the booking confirmed, there is no upfront bond payment, it is secured by your credit card and only accessed if there is a problem during your stay .....
If the booking made with standard bond, then a CASH BOND will need time be transferred by EFT upon booking.... non negotiable - and will be refunded after your stay - we highly recommend adjustment to your enquiry before booking - less admin for everyone!
