Nice big clean apartment. It was really good that only things are that the power blew mid stay so I lost Wi-Fi connection and half the power outlets didn't work. And the TV isn't great quality and you can only use it for Netflix You can't use it for anything else even on your own accounts. Other than that it was really nice. However it was a bit cramped even though I had many rooms There wasn't a lot of space between cupboards and doors. Swimming pool is nice and hot with a nice sauna. Absolutely spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment came equipped with everything you could need from ironing board to washing machine in the apartment to having a portable fan as well.

Don't believe their ads or even their initial email; asking you to confirm your ON-SITE PARKING before arrival, because THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING - AT ALL - EVER!!!! It’s just a trick, the only parking is OFF-SITE (150m up the road). The offer of on-site parking is just a scam and gives no consideration for those of us who only booked with them because we need on-site parking for medical reasons. The manager also promised to refund my booking when I discovered this lie (all of 5 minutes after making it!) a representative who called later, also promised to cancelled and refund this booking – but no refund has been made! JUST MORE LIES!!!!!!

I booked non-smoking but Expedia doesn’t guarantee just merely submits a “request”. The property had a very strong smoke smell which they attempted to cover with plug in air fresheners in every room. The dining table was very wobbly and falling apart. The king-sized bed was two twins pushed together with no joining features. The beds weren’t perfectly even and there was a gap that you felt while lying in the bed(s). The place is cheap but not a good value.

Great spacious apartment
Great little apartment a stone's throw from the CBD with anything you would need. We managed to have 2 adults, a toddler and a baby in a 1 bedroom and managed to survive quite easily. Clean, spacious and the staff were lovely. Only small downside was the balcony condition had a bit to be desired but the whole inside of the apartment was perfect.

Our stay at Spencer Street Apartments (Flagstaff Green) were comfortable, yet it was recommended for families and I was concerned with safety for young ones as balcony door with low railing would not lock, and there was no back to battery compartment on television remote so children could access batteries that were falling out of easily. The door to the apartment was an easy access key door yet this meant it could easily be opened for children from the inside! Check-in was a bit confusing as I had already paid for our stay prior to arrival and the person on desk went to charge me again. Apart from this, apartment was clean with comfortable beds and neat bathroom.
