Don’t even think of booking this apartment or from this host if that matters. First of all, the apartment is not the one in the images, and infact the one shown in the images are in a different building. Let’s start with “check in” which is very hard process, you have to collect your keys from a storage that is located 30 minutes walking or 10 minutes driving. When entered tha apartment I loved the view to the Docklands, however, there was not window curtains!!! Which means I was sleeping on the sun lights for 11 nights!!!
There was no Wifi, and the funny part is after 5 days of trying to communicate with the host, the sent a cool guy with a 4G wifi modem.
The bathroom door was damaged and doesn’t close? How is that even possible? Don’t ask.
I tried to reach out to the host, but this is was so hard. If you call them 100 times a day they might pick on of your calls and then never get back to you.
I don’t have to mention the dishes that were dirty and all of them placed in the dishwasher. I don’t wanna mention that this place has no amenities at all. No coffee, tea, no nothing. They don’t even have a shmapoo, a washing soup or anything in the toilet. Last thing they sent a guy on my 9th night, taking the measures of the windows to put blinds. He said it will take a week (which means I will be gone anyway).
All in all, don’t book this place, and be careful from this host.
