This stylish house has 6 bedrooms, 8 beds including queen size beds and single beds. It accommodates up to 14 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, 65 inches Smart TV, Unlimited Free WIFI. Great sunroom with a backyard for relaxing or coffee break.
The shopping center is nearby, approx 5 minutes drive. There are coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other convenience shops. 7 minutes drive to the highway, 30 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to CBD.

• This listing is the entire house, so you will have access to the whole place during your stay, and don't have to share it with the host or other guests.
• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop.

• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE MOST WELCOME, HOWEVER,

* Dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture or bedding, including beds, couches, or carpeted areas.
* Please bring along your own dog bedding or mat, as well as necessary equipment, such as a bowl and leash.
* Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement if your pets have been found on any beds. To avoid this, kindly allow extra time to tidy up before your departure and ensure that your pets stay off the furnishings and beds during your stay.
* To prevent damage, kindly ensure that your dog does not scratch doors or screens, as replacement charges may apply in such cases.
* As a pet owner please be responsible for your dog's behaviour and well-being, as even the calmest dogs may become distressed in unfamiliar surroundings.
* If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbors.
* Please ensure you clean up any little surprises around the garden. It is unfair to leave it for the next guests or housekeepers to deal with.
* A 2-pet limit is imposed in the house without a specialised permit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
