This was my husbands 55th Birthday and our 2nd stay at the Riviera Hotel in 4 years. Its is always superbly clean! This time was special because we didn’t know the hotel staff would surprise him with a complimentary wine bottle and chocolate! I was more surprised than him. No loitering was done around the hotel. The beach was in walking distance and many restaurants. We loved our quiet stay.

I was here for just a few hours due to not wanting to wait 10 hours at the airport after my cruise disembarking. Rosy and Lidia were really great! There was a long line since it was a Friday, but Rosy was getting people in and out! Our room was ready in less than 20 min, I don’t have any complaints and I’d stay again. Block and a half away from Miami Beach!

Went for work convention. Bed very comfortable, room very clean. Sink area very small, so no where to set toiletries. Very limited tv options. Balcony was nice, but faced electric wires mainly. Construction was happening on roof above my room, so no sleeping in was possible. Close to everything, including trolley stops and good restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel had free drinks daily during happy hour for guests, which was nice. Worst part was elevator was broken last day, and I had to drag a huge suitcase down 4 flights of stairs. Pool on rooftop was wonderful to swim in during sunset. Overall, would stay here again as long as elevater worked and there was not construction.

Me hicieron un pago demás del depósito q se deja antes de entrar El depósito lo devuelven súper tarde Y mucha bulla en la mañana ya q estábamos en la 101 y se escuchaban el la entrada las trabajadoras hablando fuerte No usamos las 2 piscinas y la piscina estaba fuera del hotel
