Great location, Staff was awesome! I only remembered Sandra but the other two were also awesome!Highly recommend! The restaurant next store was bad service. It was the Front Porch! Horrible service!

I like this hotel. Stayed once previously. I think I will choose the corner room next time as it’s has more counter/storage space. Property is clean, people are nice and you can walk to the beach easily. My one issue is that the breakfast has changed from the buffet at the sister hotel, the President? To a plate of eggs, toast, potatoes, two pieces of bacon, a bowl of cut fruit and a drink at the restaurant next door. Not a bad breakfast but underwhelming. I’d rather they reduced the resort fee and I would gladly buy my own breakfast elsewhere, as I plan to do for the rest of my stay here.

Was ok , just the staffs who works at the restaurant área need to be more training. The breakfast was terrible too ,the food was cold and the coffee cup came dirty , when I asked for change the cup , the guy was serving us , did not liked and was rude .

Perfect South Beach hotel!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Penguin Hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff, every bit part of the Art Deco charm of South Beach. We want to come back next year for Art Deco Weekend!

Great location

Nice location on Ocean drive but not accessible by car. Not a problem for us but should be written clearly. The room was ok, i have seen cleaner. Breakfast was good, welcome drinks were appreciated. We left our luggage at the office After Check out, very much appreciated. Nice service.

Hotel location great, Hotel rooms good clean and comfortable, but I had specifically requested a room near the elevator as I am old and not capable to walk stairs or many steps. The room which was chosen was just the opposite. It was in 4th floor and elevator goes only to 3rd. The rest was stairs! Luckily I had my family traveling with me and could switch rooms.

Can’t beat the view

The penguin staff was attentive to our every need, I stayed after surgery and was very comfortable. It would have been more convenient to have a microwave in my particular situation, but the food choices in the area were phenomenal so it didn’t matter in the end. I booked the top floor and highly recommend it!
