The host at check in was great. But the place was not clean, I saw a roach in the bathroom and other bugs and insects in the room. Toilet and shower is one floor so you have to step in a wet floor to use the bathroom. The host i spoke to in the morning to try to change rooms was not customer service oriented.I spent the night not sleeping and had to drive back to Tampa in the morning because I didnā€™t have money for another property. So I lost the money for that day leaving the place at 9:30 am.

Check in was super easy and staff was great! The building is old and showing some age but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. We did have an issue while we were there and though they could not fix it they were very quick to respond and come up with a solution. We stayed for 1 night prior to a cruise and would stay again.

Great place. Very nice people. Trying to keep this old place working. Many things are updated. It is very clean! I was pleasantly surprised with the room, it included whole kitchen with fridge, microwave, stovetop, utensils... Quiet area. Walking distance from the beach. They provide you with a beach umbrella and towels. Recommend.
