Great custumer service and front desk support, friendly and professional. Shuttle service from airport is very convenient. Breakfast has options for all. Room and bathroom were clean and specious. Will recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights. Shuttle driver and check in staff very unfriendly.Free breakfast, ok it’s free, but no bread for toasting, just bagels, really, are you being serious, free or not surly you should have bread at breakfast. Second night at 2am the fire horn sounds ,we rush downstairs to be told by the fire dept, “it’s a false alarm “ and where are the hotel staff? nowhere, nope, not one of ‘em to be found. Next morning on check out I asked reception if I was due to a refund given I had a sleepless night because of there “false alarm”, I mean when they charge you for a nights stay in this hotel it means you actually get to sleep right? “the manager will call you”……no call, heard nothing. How would you feel if this was you? Make your own mind up, I have. AVOID.

Our rooms on the first floor were very loud. Floor with many dead bugs and crumbs. Shower wall covered with loose hairs. Airport shuttle is only 1x an hour and ends at 10:30 pm.

To be fair the Hotel was good, the reception staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Close by Airport. What made me give 3 stars was because a 10 minutes line to toast our bagels (there was no regular bread) I don’t understand why there was one toaster only for a room full of people trying to have breakfast Nobody wants to eat cold bagels. The line got even longer after we were done. There was also 3 dirty socks left in our room from previous guest.
