I stayed at Hotel Greystone and had a very disappointing experience. Our room was on the second floor and the window would not close, which I found extremely unsafe - especially given the location. On top of that, it was very noisy throughout the night, making it hard to get any rest.
The A/C in the room also didn’t work, and with the window stuck open, the room was uncomfortably warm the entire time. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the staff member didn’t seem to care. He offered to move us to a different room, but it was a king bed, and we had three people sharing two double beds - not a practical solution unless we packed everything up and completely rearranged our setup.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with how the situation was handled and would not recommend this hotel to others. There are better options nearby that take guest comfort and safety more seriously.
