Thank goodness I gave this hotel a chance because there were some negative comments that did not match my experience while at the hotel. I’ve stay in some upscale hotels in the past and Epic Kimpton is high on the list. Big shoutout to Fernando at front desk!!! He was a professional through and through. He made the experience even better. He changed my room to one that had a bathtub and was available to assist me with any questions or concerns. He also recommended some great restaurants that were 10/10. Honestly I’ve seen some comments about parking fees and hotel accommodation fees… listen it’s all worth it!!! lol. Read the rules before booking that way your expectations will match your inspection. 😅

Meh…. Nothing special about this hotel at all. Rooms are stuffy and there was dust and dirt in a few of the corners and hair in the bathroom. Check in was super friendly and quick which was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel in downtown Miami. Excellent staff & service. Accommodations & restaurants are excellent. It is a pet friendly hotel. The hotel is adjacent to a pedestrian path that has pt friendly trash receptacles & plastic bag stations at intervals and is walking distance to a dog park. We had to travel with our pets due to Hurricane Milton & it was a great stay. We would certainly stay there again in the future

Had a fantastic stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were truly perfect. We loved the complimentary wine bar at 5 pm—a great touch. The 16th-floor pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat. Our room had a nice balcony, although it’s unfortunate that the new residential high-rise blocks the ocean view. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience overall, and we’d definitely stay here again!
