It was so bad we didn't even stay at the hotel. We found a different hotel. Way too dangerous, dirty and the property workers were very shady. We lost our money because we didn't a refund. Lesson learned.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, esta cerca de las estaciones de MetroMover lo que te lleva a una buena parte de Miami. La limpieza fue excelente, todo estaba realmente limpio. Lo unico que cambiaria seria el desayuno, el cual era lo mismo todos los dias, y el aire acondicionado no se podia bajar por debajo de los 25 grados, no sabemos por que.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Brickell and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a major highlight—surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a shopping mall, it's perfect for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the action. However, the hotel itself had several drawbacks. First, the noise from street traffic was a persistent issue. Even inside the room, I could hear the hustle and bustle, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast was another letdown. The stations were poorly arranged, causing long lines and a cramped, crowded area. The offerings were basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing for the price. The room's air conditioning was problematic too. It was set too cold, and there was no way to adjust it to a warmer setting. As for amenities, the gym was quite underwhelming, with very few machines and limited equipment. The pool was also small, more suitable for a quick dip than a relaxing swim. The lobby area was cramped, which is a bit surprising for a hotel in this price range. Overall, while the location in Brickell is great for convenience, the noise, breakfast, AC issues, lack of a proper gym, and small amenities made it a less-than-ideal stay. I'd recommend considering other options if you're looking for a more comfortable, well-rounded experience.

The ease to go to Whole foods and port side bay area. I had specifically requested for an accessible room closer to the elevator but our room was literally the last room on the last floor of the hotel which wasn't convenient at all. I had a confirmation message from the hotel that our room will be closer to the elevator. And the staff didn't know English so couldn't even explain to them. A big bummer for my foot. The room wasn't sound proof at all so we could hear the road rage the whole night :( Most of the time only one elevator was working so we had to wait for the elevator to go up n down so wasted a lot of time during the breakfast and one of the server didn't even give us water once it was 10 am, when requested to another server she was kind enough to fill up our bottles. It was a busy weekend so they should have taken care of the elevators. Language was the biggest barrier so we may not stay there again neither will recommend. Gave very generous 3 stars because of the proximity to the whole foods and the port.
